The duties and responsibilities of the author (s) and the editorial board during the withdrawal of a study or article in accordance with the publication policies of the Journal of Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Law Review are given below.

Authors

If the author (s) noticed an error during the article pre-check phase or a published work, he/she obliged to cooperate with the editor of the journal in recall processes. Applications for withdrawal requests of an article in the evaluation process or in the publication stage will not be considered. Author (s) who wish to withdraw their work outside the evaluation process or publication stage are obliged to submit their requests to the Editorial Board via DERGİPARK or via e-mail (konyahukukdergi@gmail.com). The Editorial Board reviews the withdrawal notification and returns within 15 days at the latest. Unless the withdrawal request of the articles whose copyrights have been transferred to Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Law Review, is approved by the editorial board, authors cannot submit their work to another journal for evaluation.

Editors

Editorial Board of Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Law Review; has an obligation to initiate an investigation into a published, early-view or under evaluation work in case of suspected copyright, ethical violation or plagiarism. In the event that the editorial board detects copyright, ethical violation or plagiarism at the evaluation stage, the editorial board withdraws the work from the evaluation and returns the detected situations to the authors with detailed reference. If the editorial board detects a copyright infringement and plagiarism in a published or early-view work, it will carry out the following recalls and declarations within 15 days at the latest:

The study found to be a violation of ethics;

1. "Withdrawn:" phrase is added to the beginning of the title in electronic display.

2. Instead of the abstract and full text contents in electronic display, the reasons for withdrawal of the study are published together with the notifications of the institutions and organizations to which the author (s) are affiliated, if there are detailed sources of evidence.

3. The withdrawal notice is announced on the main page of the journal website.

4. As of the date of withdrawal, the electronic and hard copy of the first issue to be published is added to the table of contents as "Withdrawn: Study Title", the reasons for withdrawal and the original citations referenced to the withdrawal are shared with the public and researchers.

5. The above withdrawal notifications are sent to the organization (s) to which the author (s) are affiliated.

6. The withdrawal notifications listed above are sent to the institutions and organizations where the Journal is indexed to be recorded in index systems and catalogs.
In addition, the editorial board may recommend organizations that publish the author's previous work, that secure or withdraw the validity and reliability of published works of the author (s).
