YAPI ELEMANLARININ ÜRETİM KALİTESİ VE GÜVENİLİRLİĞİ

Abstract

   Yapı elemanında
(veya makine parçasında) kullanım kalitesi, projelendirme aşamasında ve üretim
sürecinde yapılacak işlemler sonucu belirlenebilmektedir. Bu makalede, ürün
kalitesinin üretim sürecinde oluşması, üretim ve kullanım kaliteleri arasındaki
bağıntılar, kalitenin kontrol edilmesi gibi konular detaylı bir şekilde
incelenmektedir. Üretim kalitesi ölçü hassasiyetinin parametrelere bağlı
incelenmesi sonucu, üretim kalite hassaslık ölçüsünün standart sapmasının azaltılmasının,
kullanım kalitesi açısından önem taşımadığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca kayma ölçüsü
ile üretim kalitesi arasında fonksiyonel bağıntı ortaya konulmaktadır.
Çalışmada kaliteyi üretime dayalı olarak yönetmek için optimum kalitenin proje
aşamasında belirlenmesi amacıyla bir teknik önerilmektedir. Aynı amaca hizmet
eden değişik kaliteye sahip ürünlerin kullanım kriterleri, çeşitli iş
ortamlarında incelenerek, ürünlerin güvenilirlik kriterleri ve kararlılığı
araştırılmaktadır. Bazı üretim kalite kriterleri için yeni kararlılık
yöntemleri önerilerek, bunların avantajları sunulmaktadır.

PRODUCTION QUALITY AND RELIABILITY OF CONSTRUCTIONS

Abstract

   The quality
of the construction element (or part of the machine) can be determined at the
stage of the process to be carried out during the projecting phase and the
production process. In this article, the issues such as the formation of
product quality in the production process, the relations between production and
use qualities, the quality control are examined in detail. It has been
determined that the reduction of the standard deviation of the production
quality sensitivity measure is not important from the point of view of the
quality of use, as a result of examining the production quality measurement
accuracy depending on the parameters. In addition, the functional relation
between slip gauge and production quality is presented. In order to manage
quality based on production, a technique is proposed for determining the
optimum quality at project stage. The use criteria of products with different
qualities that serve the same purpose are examined in various business
environments and the reliability criteria and stability of the products are
investigated. For some production quality criteria new stability methods are
proposed and their advantages are presented.
