Abstract
This research is conducted to research the common problems faced in the music education process of classroom teaching departments of the faculties of education and to develop solutions to those problems. Since the institutions of primary education are the point of departure for all kinds of education, they are also considered as the basis for the music education. Therefore, undergraduate level music education that classroom teachers' are given is critically important. In this study, the opinions and levels of proficiency of the 4th grade undergraduate students of the Classroom Teaching Department of the faculty of education of the Ynönü University are determined and gathered by using the inventory named " The state and evaluation of music education in classroom teaching, from the point of view of teaching staff and students". The datas gathered were evaluated in computer environment and as a result of the studies have been made, meaningful results were obtained.
Abstract
Bu araştırma Eğitim Fakültesi Sınıf Öğretmenliği Müzik Eğitimi sürecinde görülen genel sorunların incelenmesi ve bu sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerileri geliştirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. İlköğretim kurumları örgün eğitimin başlangıcı olduğu için müzik eğitiminin de temeli sayılmaktadır. Bu nedenle sınıf öğretmenlerinin lisans döneminde aldıkları müzik eğitimi oldukça önem taşır. Bu çalışmada, İnönü Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Sınıf Öğretmenliği Bölümünde öğrenimine devam etmekte olan 4.sınıf öğrencilerinin müzik dersine ilişkin görüşleri ve yeterlik düzeyleri; bu derse giren öğretim elemanlarının da görüşlerine başvurularak, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen “Sınıf Öğretmenliğinde Müzik Eğitiminin Öğrenci ve Öğretim Elemanı Açısından Durumu ve Değerlendirilmesi” envanteri ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler değerlendirilerek, yapılan çalışma sonucunda anlamlı bulgulara ulaşılmıştır.
