In this study, it was investigated that the utilization of alunite which was calcined at 600 Co in the production of concrete. For this reason, alunite was replaced 5%, 10%, %15 and %20 with cement by weight. The concretes were produced and compressive strength, flexural strength, static elastic modulus and sulphate resistance tests were performed on the hardened concretes. Test results indicated the presence of alunite had a beneficial effect on the compressive strength of concretes significantly at early ages. But, when the addition of alunite over 5 % as a replacement rate there had not a beneficial effect for compressive strength.

Bu amaçla, alunitin %5, %10, %15 ve %20 oranlarynda çimento ile ikame edilmesiyle üretilen betonlar üzerinde sertle?mi? halde basynç dayanymy, e?ilme dayanymy, statik elastisite modülü ve sülfat direnci deneyleri yapylmy?tyr. Deney sonuçlary de?erlendirildi?inde, alunitin çimentonun prizini hyzlandyrmasyndan dolayy özellikle erken ya?larda betonun mekanik özelliklerine olumlu katkyda bulundu?u ve çimento ile % 5'ten fazla ikame edildi?inde beton özelliklerine olumsuz etkisinin oldu?u görülmü?tür.
