Abstract
Planning actions, continuity and determination on control is very important on management. Collecting information's which are quick; dependable about all components that composed to management is necessary for providing continuity oriented on pointed decisions. Also, this information's must be analyzed true. It is very important that each of components in management first classifying then giving a code number to each of them, which is unique, on collecting information's. On this study, a product identification system and software is practiced that including supply, stock, production, sales and raw material, finished good, half finished good, workman, machine, customer, purveyor which are joined duration of after sales on SME's.

Ysabetli kararlaryn do?rultusunda akycyly?yn sa?lanmasy için i?letmeyi olu?turan bütün bile?enler hakkynda çabuk, güvenilir bilgi toplanmasy ve toplanan bilgilerin do?ru çözümlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bilgilerin toplanmasynda ise i?letmedeki her bir ö?enin önce synyflandyrylyp ardyndan her birine e?siz bir kod numarasy verilmesi kilit önem ta?ymaktadyr. Bu çaly?mada, KOBY'lerde tedarikten ba?layarak, stok, üretim, saty? ve saty? sonrasy süreçlerine katylan hammadde, mamul, yary mamul ba?ta olmak üzere i?çi, makine, mü?teri, tedarikçi vb. bütün ö?elerin dahil edilece?i bir kodlama sistemi ve yazylymy gerçekle?tirilmektedir.
