Eskisehir Alkol Fabrikası atığı olan slempeden yan urun olarak derişik
slempe ve K2SO4 gubresinin elde edildiği slempe arıtım tesisinin tek atığı
kondensatın organik madde iceriği alıcı ortama verilemeyecek kadar yuksektir. Bu calısmada kondensat icinde bulunduğu belirlenen organik bilesenlerden asetik asidin, cozucu olarak n-hekzan, dietil eter, karbon tetra klorur ve etil asetat kullanılarak sıvı ozutleme yontemi ile ayrılması amaclanmıstır. Denenen cozuculer icinde etil asetatın asetik asidi daha iyi ozutlediği gorulmustur. Etil asetat kullanılarak yapılan tek kademe ozutlemesinde %34,8 ; dort kademeli ozutlemede ise %51,7’lik ozutleme verimi elde edilmistir.
Eskisehir Alcohol Factory is treating vinasse to obtain K2SO4 as a
fertilizer and concentrated vinasse as a by-product. The only waste leaving the treatment facilities is the condensate, whose organic matter content is still high to discharge into receiving water. In this study, acetic acid which is found in condensate, was aimed to be seperated by liquid-liquid extraction. n-Hexane, diethyl ether, carbon tetrachloride, and ethyl acetate were used as solvents. Ethyl acetate was extracted the acetic acid better than the other tested solvents. The yields of single stage and four stage extraction by using ethyl acetate were obtained as 34.8% and 51.7% ,respectively.
