<p>This research was conducted to determine the artificial intelligence (AI) anxiety levels of healthcare professionals and to examine whether this anxiety significantly differs according to various personal and work-related demographic characteristics. Employing a quantitative research approach and a field research design, the data were collected via a survey technique from 380 healthcare professionals working in a hospital operating in Adana province. The data collection instrument used in the study consists of a validated and reliable scale that addresses AI anxiety across different dimensions. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS software, utilizing frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The findings reveal that healthcare professionals exhibit high anxiety, particularly regarding the &quot;job replacement&quot; dimension, and that this anxiety varies according to certain demographic variables. Conversely, no significant difference was found between artificial intelligence anxiety and its sub-dimensions in relation to marital status, AI usage status, education level, and age variables. Given the limited number of studies focusing specifically on AI anxiety in the healthcare field, it is considered that this research will provide a theoretical contribution to the literature and serve as a strategic guide for healthcare managers in raising awareness on the subject from a practical perspective.</p></trans-abstract>
