Kocaeli gerekcoğrafi konumu, gerekse toplumsal, ekonomik ve kültürel yaşantıları ile öneçıkan bir ildir. Kocaeli’nin yerli yerleşik halkı manavlardan derlenen yeniderlenen türküleri ortaya koyan bu çalışma, Kocaeli’nin müzik kültürü açısındanoldukça önemlidir. Buna yönelik olarak Kocaeli Büyükşehir Belediyesi ve KocaeliÜniversitesi paydaşlığında “Kocaeli Türkülerini Derleme Çalışması”; Dr. ÖğretimÜyesi Gülşen Erdal başkanlığında ve koordinatörlüğünde gerçekleştirildi. Buçalışma sonucunda yöreye ait derlenen türkülerden notasyon işlemleri bitenler29.11.2017 tarihi 382910 sayılı başvuru ile TRT kurumuna incelenmesi ve kayıtaltına alınması için teslim edildi. Bu çalışma kapsamında 2017 yılı içindeKocaeli ilinin çeşitli ilçelerinden yeni derlenen 12 türküye yer verildi.Yapılan derleme çalışmasında Kocaeli’nin çeşitli ilçelerinde daha öncederlenmeyen türkülerle beraber, Türkiye’nin farklı illerinde seslendirilentürkülerin sözleri farklı olmakla beraber ezgi benzerliği ya da sözbenzerliğine rağmen ezgi farklılığına sahip olan varyantlarına da rastlandı.Derlenen türkülerin söz dizilerinde yöredeki sosyo- kültürel ve ekonomikdeğerlere ilişkin göndermeler, yöre coğrafyasının belirlediği meslekler veekonomik koşullarla ilgili anlatımlar yer almaktadır. Çalışmada, daha çok Kocaeli’ninyerli halkının gündelik yaşantılarına ilişkin sözlerin yer aldığı, “kadınağızlı türküler” derlendi. Ezgilerin ritmik yapıları TRT repertuvarında yeralan mevcut Kocaeli türküleriyle benzerlikler taşımakla beraber, farklı ritmikyapılara da sahip oldukları görüldü. Kadınların çalgı olarak türkülere geneldevurmalı çalgı olarak kullandıkları darbuka ile eşlik ettikleri, melodikyapıları ritim ile güçlendirerek ezgileri seslendirdikleri belirlendi. Buminvalde derlenip kayıt altına alınan ve geçmişten geleceğe kültürel bir köprüniteliği taşıyan bu yeni türküler, Kocaeli’nin kültürel mirasına ve TRTrepertuvarına kazandırıldı. Bu amaca yönelik olarak, Kocaeli türküleri müzikalaçıdan analiz edilerek, türkülerin müzik biçimsel yapıları ortaya konarak, müzikalanalizler yapıldı.
Kocaeli is a province that stands out both with its geographicallocation and social, economic and cultural life. Koceli's work is veryimportant in terms of music culture. As a result of this study, the ones who completed the notationsof the local folk songs were submitted to TRT institution for examination andregistration with application no.382910 dated 29.11.2013. Within the scope ofthis study, 12 newly compiled Turks were included in the year 2017 from variousdistricts of Kocaeli province. In the compilation, the songs that were sung invarious districts of Kocaeli, together with the songs that were not collectedbefore, were different from the lyrics of the songs that were sung in differentprovinces of Turkey, but they were also found to have different variations ofthe melodies, despite the similarity of the melody or the similarity of thelyrics. There are references to the socio - cultural and economic values in theregion, the professions and economic conditions determined by the geography ofthe region. In this study, the words about the daily lives of the Native peopleof Kocaeli, “women-mouthed folk songs” were compiled. Although the rhythmicstructures of the melodies have similarities with the existing Kocaeli songs inthe TRT repertoire, they also have different rhythmic structures. It wasdetermined that women accompanied the melodic structures with the “darbuka”,which they used as percussion instruments for the folk songs, by strengtheningthe melodic structures with rhythm and singing the melodies. It is aimed thatthese new folk songs, which were collected and recorded in this minvalde andwhich are a cultural bridge from the past to the future, be brought toKocaeli's cultural heritage and TRT repertoire. For this purpose, musicalanalyses were made to determine the musical form characteristics of the songswhich were analyzed from musical point of view.
