YENİLEBİLİR EKTOMİKORİZAL MANTARLARIN YETİŞTİRİCİLİĞİ VE BU KONUDA YAPILAN ÇALIŞMALAR

Öz

Yenilebilir ektomikorizal mantarlar, mantar türleri içerisinde ekonomik olarak en önemli mantar gruplarından birini
oluştururlar ve aynı zamanda büyük pazar payına sahiptirler. Dünyadaki yenilebilir mantar türlerinin yaklaşık yarısı
ektomikorizal gruba aittir. Bununla birlikte, bu mantar türlerinin kültüre alınmasıyla ilgili dünyada sınırlı sayıda çalışma bulunmakta ve çok azı başarılı bir şekilde yetiştirilebilmektedir. Bu makalede ektomikorizal mantarların yetiştiriciliğinde kullanılan yöntemler ve kültüre alınması konusunda yapılan çalışmalar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
