This study focuses on exploring how taboo words or private expressions used in today's world, encompassing cinema, ballet, theater, advertising, print and visual media, workplaces, the internet, both in real and virtual environments, are employed in the Hadiths (sayings) of Prophet Muhammad. The research aims to reveal the didactic features of Hadiths related to privacy, the usage of implicit expressions in the social context through the lens of Arabic language, and their relevance to societal norms. While discussing these aspects, the concepts of Privacy, Etiquette, and Implication (Kinayah) are addressed, along with the literary connection of the subject, with particular selections from the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad to illustrate the points. The art of Kinayah is examined to unveil the eloquence of expressions in the Hadiths, the principle of implicit communication based on veiling one thing with another, the didactic cleverness used in discussing privacy in social life, and how this style of communication may change or influence societal norms.
Araştırmamızın temeli insan anatomisini kullanan günümüz dünyasının sinema, bale, tiyatro, reklam, basılı ve görsel medya, işyerleri, internet ortamı gibi gerek gerçek ve gerekse sanal âlem ile ilgili ortamlarda kullanılan mahrem yada tabu ifadelerin, Hz. Peygamber’in Hadis-i Şeriflerinde nasıl kullanıldığını, Arap dili bağlamında kinayeli ifadelerin sosyal hayatta nasıl bir karşılık bulduğunu araştıracağız. Bu özelliği anlatırken mahremiyet, tehzîb ve kinâye kavramlarının yanı sıra konunun edebiyat ile ilgili bağlantısı ve özelde Hz. Peygamber’in kendisinden menkul hadisleri seçerek anlatmaya çalıştık. Kinaye sanatı, hadislerdeki belağat lafızlarının yüceliğini, bir şeyi bir şeyle örtme ilkesine dayanan örtük anlatımın, bunun sonucunda sosyal hayattaki mahremiyeti anlatırken kullanılan didaktik inceliğin ve bilgi transferinin sosyal hayatı ne kadar değiştireceğini ya da etkileyeceğini görmeğe çalışacağız.
