Abstract
Trafik güvenliği, belirli bir zaman içerisinde meydana gelen kazalardan sonuçlanan kayıp ve kaza sayılarının bir ölçüsü olarak genellikle de oran kavramı ile açıklanır. Bu oranlar zaman içerisindeki eğilimi gözlemlemek için kullanılır. Ancak bu bilgi bize trafik güvenliğinin düzeyi veya derecesi hakkında bir bilgi vermez. Trafik güvenlik problemleri genel olarak yol ulaşım sistemindeki bozulmaların bir sonucu olarak görülür. Yol ulaşım sistemi 3 bileşenden oluşur; yol kullanıcısı, araç ve altyapı. Bu çok bileşenli karayolu güvenliği problemi konusunda özellikle son yıllarda önemli istatistiki çalışmalar yapılmaktadır.
Abstract
Traffic safety is a measure of the number of accidents and the loss from resulting from the occurring accidents within a particular time. It is usually explained with the concept of the rate. These ratios are used to observe trends over time. However, this knowledge does not provide information about traffic safety level or degree. Road safety problems generally seen as a result of deterioration in transportation system. Road transport system consists of three components; road users, vehicles and infrastructure. Important statistical studies about road safety problems with this multi- component are carried out especially in recent years. In this study, at the 81 provinces over the period 2008–2010, the factors affecting the number of road traffic accidents using AHP method is examined. According to risk fields of 81 province them road safety ranking has been determined by this method.
