Erken Osmanlı ve Beylikler döneminde önemli rol oynayan Balıkesir, bünyesinde her iki döneme ait kültürel varlıkları barındırmaktadır. Çalışmamızda, Balıkesir’in Manyas ilçesi eski Manyas harabelerinde bulunan Erken Osmanlı dönemi özellikleri yansıtan Zaviyeli yan mekanlı/tabhaneli/Ters T planlı Cami ve Türbe incelenmiştir. Özgün halleriyle günümüze kadar ulaşmış bu yapılar, zamana karşı koyarak ayakta kalmaya çalışmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında yapılar yerinde görülerek, ölçüleri alınarak çizimleri yapılmış ve fotoğraflar eşliğinde ayrıntılı bir şekilde tanıtılmış, dönem içerisindeki benzer örnekleriyle karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Caminin zaviyeli yapılar grubunda olması ve ilk inşa döneminden izleri bugüne kadar taşıması bakımından önemi vurgulanması gerekmektedir. Bu düşünceyle yürütülen bu çalışmada, zaviyeli caminin, mimari form ve özellikleri, kullanılan malzemeler ile plan açısından irdelenmesi yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu araştırma sonrasında caminin aynı plan türüne sahip camiler içerisinde farklı ve önemli özelliklere sahip olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Süsleme bakımından sade olan yapılarda herhangi bir bezemeye rastlanmamıştır. Sonuç kısmında, yapıların dönem içerisindeki yerleri ve önemleri belirtilerek korunması ve onarımlarının yapılmasına yönelik önerilerimiz dile getirilmiştir
Playing an important role in the early Ottoman and Principalities, Balıkesir has cultural assets belonging to both periods. In this study, zawiya-mosque and tomb, which reflects the characteristics of the Early Ottoman Era in the Manyas ruins of Manyas district of Balıkesir, were examined. These structures, which have survived to the present day in their original form, are trying to survive by resisting time. Within the scope of the research, the structures were seen in situ, measurements were taken and drawings of the structures were completed and they were introduced in detail with the support of photographs and they compared with some similar structures of the same period. The importance of the mosque should be emphasized in terms of being in the group of buildings with lodges and carrying the traces from the first construction period until today. In this study carried out with this idea, the architectural form and features of the mosque with a view to the mosque, the materials used and the plan were examined. After this research, it was found out that the mosque had different and important features within the mosques which have the same plan type. No decoration elements were found in the plain structures. In the conclusion part, the places and importance of the buildings during the period are stated and our suggestions for restoration and conservation are mentioned
