Arrhythmia-induced
cardiomyopathy (AIC) is a potentially reversible form of cardiomyopathy in
which left ventricular (LV) dysfunction results from atrial or ventricular
arrhythmias. Effective treatment of arrhythmia can lead to complete improvement
and arrhythmia recurrence may cause rapid decline in LV systolic functions. We
present an interesting case of AIC with fluctuations in LV systolic functions
due to treatment and recurrence of arrhythmia over time. In our case,
arrhythmia responsible for AIC was atrial flutter. Cardiac magnetic resonance
imaging findings were also discussed.

Burada aritminin tedavisi
ve tekrarlamasından dolayı SV sistolik işlevlerinde zaman içinde dalgalanmalar
olan ilginç bir AİK olgusunu sunuyoruz. Olgumuzda AİK’den sorumlu aritmi
atriyal flutter idi. Kardiyak manyetik rezonans inceleme bulguları da
tartışıldı.
