- Manuscripts to be submitted to our journal should be prepared in accordance with the rules specified in the shared writing template. The article should be uploaded to the system as a Microsoft Word file. When uploading the article file to the system, only the phrase "Full Text File" should be written in the file name section. An ID number is automatically given in the system, and the article is tracked with this number.
- When uploading the authors' contact and institutional information, ORCID ID, and ethical statement to the system, the phrase "Title File" should be written in the file name section. You can upload the cover file as an additional file to the system.
- The "Copyright Transfer Form" must be filled in and uploaded to the system as an attachment file, which undertakes that there are no criminal offences or illegal expressions in the article, that no illegal materials and methods were used during the research, that all legal permissions related to the study have been obtained and that ethical rules have been followed, and also that Paradigm: The "Copyright Transfer Form", which accepts and undertakes that they have read and approved the Ethical Principles and Publication Policies published on the web page of the Journal of Economics and Administrative Research, should be filled in and uploaded to the system as an additional file.
- For studies that require ethics committee approval, permission from the ethics committee must be obtained, and this approval must be stated and documented in the article. For studies that require ethics committee approval, the permission document showing that the approval has been obtained must be uploaded to the system. In addition to uploading the ethics committee permission document to the system, information about the permission (including the name of the committee, date, and number) should be included in both the method section of the article and the title file. When uploading the ethics committee permission file to the system, please enter "Ethics Committee Permission" in the file name section and upload it as an additional file.
- The article file to be uploaded to the system by the authors must be scanned for plagiarism (similarity) through iThenticate, Turnitin, or intihal.net similarity scanning programmes. Plagiarism scanning should be performed by excluding "quotations, parts of the text containing less than 5 words of overlap, and bibliography". The similarity rate in the detailed report obtained as a result of the similarity scan should be at most 20% or less. Articles above this rate will not be evaluated. When uploading the plagiarism similarity report file to the system, the phrase "Similarity Report" should be written in the file name section and uploaded as an additional file.

The following checklist should be taken into consideration completely in the manuscripts to be submitted to the journal:
1. Have all the necessary files been uploaded to the system? (Original Article File, Title File, Similarity Report File, Ethics Committee Permission File (if required), Copyright Transfer Form)
2. Is the article uploaded as a Word file? If it is a derived article, are the name, institution, date, and place of the derived study specified on the title page?
3. Is a detailed similarity report (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate, plagiarism.net) uploaded?
4. For studies requiring ethics committee permission, in addition to uploading the ethics committee permission document to the system, is the information about the permission (name of the committee, date, and number) given in the method section of the article, and also in the ethical statement section in the cover (title) file?
5. When the article Word document is analysed, does the author's name appear in the "FILE" / "Related Persons" section? If so, it can be deleted by following the steps: "File / Check Problems / Review Document / Yes / Check / Document Properties and Personal Information / Remove All."
6. Is the subject of the article suitable for the purpose of the journal?
7. Has the article been checked for academic language, grammar, and clarity of expression?
8. Does the article have Turkish and English titles? Is the translation of the titles appropriate?
9. Is the information of the authors specified (Information should be included in the title file)?
10. Is the type of the article correctly specified (such as research article, review article, etc.)?
11. Does the abstract consist of at least 150 and at most 200 words in Turkish and at least 150 and at most 300 words in English?
12. Are the aim, assumptions, method, findings, and conclusion summarised in the abstract?
13. Are there at least 3 and at most 5 keywords in Turkish and English?
14. Are spelling rules and principles (page structure, page number, font type and size, paragraph, headings, etc.) followed?
15. Do in-text references (citations) comply with APA 7 rules?
16. Do the tables comply with the spelling rules?
17. Do the figures comply with the spelling rules?
18. In tables, figures, and article text, are decimal numbers shown with a comma (Example: 0.214) in Turkish articles and a period (Example: 0.214) in English articles? Is the % sign used as 58% in Turkish articles and 61% after the number in English articles?
19. Is the bibliography prepared according to APA 7 rules and format requirements?
20. Is each citation shown in the bibliography and each source shown in the references?
