                                                                                                <abstract><p>Çaba-ödül dengesizliği, çalışanların gösterdiği çabalara karşılık yeterli ödül elde edemediği durumlarda yaşanmaktadır. Çaba-ödül dengesizliği yaşayan bireylerin stres seviyeleri yükselir ve bu durum hem bireysel hem de örgütsel açıdan olumsuz sonuçlara neden olur. Araştırma kapsamında incelenen bir diğer kavram olan örgütsel adaletin de çalışma yaşamında önemi çok büyüktür. Örgütsel adaletin düşük olduğu örgütlerde olumlu bir örgüt ikliminden söz etmek mümkün olmamaktadır. Örgütsel adalet algısı düşük olan çalışanlar örgüte karşı olumsuz duygular hisseder ve bu durum hem çalışanın hem de örgütün performansını etkiler.Araştırmada, çalışanların çaba-ödül dengesizliği düzeyleri ve örgütsel adalet algılarının birbiriyle ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırma, Bursa ilinde otomotiv sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firmada çalışan 186 katılımcının yer aldığı araştırmanın sonuçlarına dayanmaktadır. Araştırmada anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin SPSS 20.0 programı ile analizi sonucunda çalışanların çaba-ödül dengesizliği düzeyleri ile örgütsel adalet algıları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmaktadır.</p></abstract>
