                            <p>This study aims to clarify the relationships between teachers&#039; attitudes towards their professional development and their perceptions of psychological flexibility, resilience, and motivational persistence. This study was structured with a scale-based correlational design. Teachers working in secondary schools in Diyarbakır province constituted the research population. Thirty-six secondary schools were selected from this population using a neutrality rule (by lottery). The study sample consisted of 273 teachers working in these schools. Data were collected using the disproportionate cluster sampling method. Confirmatory factor and reliability analyses were applied to the scales used in the study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, and structural equation modeling analyses. Path analysis revealed that teachers&#039; attitudes towards their professional development positively affected their levels of psychological flexibility. Furthermore, it was determined that teachers&#039; attitudes towards their professional development positively affected their levels of motivational persistence through the full mediating effect of their perceptions of psychological flexibility and resilience. According to this finding, teacher attitudes towards professional development have direct and indirect effects on psychological factors. It is beneficial for school administrators who want to strengthen the psychological output of teachers to provide opportunities for their professional development.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu araştırmada, öğretmenlerin; mesleki gelişimlerine ilişkin tutumları ile psikolojik esneklik, psikolojik dayanıklılık ve motivasyonel kararlılık algıları arasındaki ilişkilerin açıklığa kavuşturulması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu çalışma, ölçek tabanlı korelasyonel desen ile tasarlanmıştır. Diyarbakır ilindeki ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenler, araştırmanın evrenini oluşturmaktadır. Bu evrenden 36 ortaokul, yansızlık kuralı benimsenmek suretiyle (kura yoluyla) seçilmiştir. Çalışmanın örneklemi, bu okullarda görev yapan 273 öğretmenden meydana gelmektedir. Veriler, oransız küme örnekleme yöntemi esas alınarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmada yararlanılan ölçeklere doğrulayıcı faktör ve güvenirlik analizleri uygulanmıştır. Betimsel istatistiki, korelasyon ve yapısal eşitlik modellemesi analizleri kullanılarak veriler çözümlenmiştir. Yol analizi neticesinde, öğretmenlerin mesleki gelişimlerine dair tutumlarının, psikolojik esneklik düzeylerini pozitif yönde etkilediği bulunmuştur. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin mesleki gelişimlerine dair sahip oldukları tutumlarının, psikolojik esneklik ve psikolojik dayanıklılık algılarının tam aracı etkisiyle motivasyonel kararlılık düzeylerini pozitif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Bu bulguya göre mesleki gelişime dair öğretmen tutumlarının, psikolojik faktörler üzerinde doğrudan ya da dolaylı etkileri bulunmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin psikolojik çıktılarını daha güçlü hale getirmek isteyen okul yöneticilerinin, mesleki gelişimleri için fırsatlar sunması faydalı bulunmaktadır.</p></abstract>
