TEDARİK ZİNCİRİ STRATEJİLERİNDE DETERMİNİSTİK STOK KONTROL MODELLERİNİN KULLANIMI: METAL SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR UYGULAMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; Tedarik Zinciri Stratejileri’nde (TZS) Deterministik Stok Kontrol Modelleri’nin (DSKM) nasıl kullanımına dair model önerisi sunmaktır. Bu çalışma Lee (2002)’nin Etkin, Riskten Korunma, Duyarlı ve Çevik Tedarik Zinciri Stratejisine dayanarak yapılmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada DSKM olarak Ekonomik Sipariş Miktarı (ESM), Ekonomik Üretim Miktarı (EÜM) ve Miktar İndirimleri (Mİ) modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi (YEM) yöntemini kullanarak DSKM’nin TZS’nde nasıl kullanıldığına ilişkin toplam dört adet model önerilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, Ankara ilinde, Sincan Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren metal firmalarında toplam 220 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada AMOS programından elde edilen modellerin tahmin değerleri incelendiğinde, her bir gizil değişken (ESM, EÜM, Mİ) altında yer alan gözlenen değişken (ETZS, RTZS, DTZS, ÇTZS) ile ilgili ilişkisinin (p<0,05) anlamlı olduğu saptanmıştır. Faktör yüklerinin her gizil değişken için yüksek seviyede olduğu ve benzer şekilde gözlenen değişkenin gizil değişkenleri açıklama oranlarının kabul edilebilir sınırlar içerisinde olduğu görülmektedir.
