Yet, behind the façade of white coats and stethoscopes lies a silent crisis that demands urgent attention the alarming prevalence of suicide among healthcare workers.

Hastanelerin hareketli koridorlarında ve kliniklerin sakin sınırlarında, sağlık çalışanları başkalarını iyileştirmeye adanmış güç ve şefkat sütunları olarak duruyorlar. Ancak, beyaz önlüklerin ve stetoskopların ardında, sağlık çalışanları arasında intiharın endişe verici yaygınlığına acil dikkat gerektiren sessiz bir kriz yatıyor.
