If a manuscript submitted to PLANARCH - Design and Planning Research includes an author who is a member of the journal’s editorial board (Editor-in-Chief, associate editor, or section editor), the individual concerned will be excluded from the editorial and peer-review process.

The manuscript will be handled by an independent guest editor, and a double-blind peer-review process will be applied to ensure objectivity. The identity of the guest editor will be disclosed on this page for transparency.
