                                                                                                <abstract><p>Akut SolunumYolu Enfeksiyonu (ASYE) çocukluk çağında sıkça görülen bir hastalık grubudur.Bu makalede, Ontoloji Tabanlı Pediatrik Hastalarda Mobil Ateş Takip ve DestekSistemi (mPCMS) önerilmiştir. Sistemin ilk amacı uzaktan konsültasyona olanaksağlamaktır. Diğer deyişle, mobile uyarlanmış bazı medikal aparatlaryardımıyla, çocuk hastalardan ev ortamında bazı anlık medikal verilertoplayarak, kayıtlı doktoruyla paylaşmaktır. İkinci amaç ise, evde çocuk hastabakım süreçlerinde ebeveynlere yardımcı olmaktır. Sistem, hastanın anlıkmedikal verilerine göre, ev ortamında uygulanmak üzere tedavi destek amaçlıbazı tıbbi adımlar önermektir. Bunu yapmak için, sistem, yapay zekâ tabanlımedikal çıkarsama kuralları çalıştıran ontoloji anlam bilgi tabanı içermektedir.Sistemin kural tabanında uzman doktorlarla hazırlanan çocuk hastalıklarınınseyrini işaret eden yaklaşık 61 farklı Case (Durum) tanımlanmıştır. Her durumaltında farklı sayıda Tedavi Destek Önermeleri (Suggestions) tanımlanmış olup,ebeveynler için en uygun tıbbi adımların önerilmesi, özellikle çocuk hastavücut sıcaklığının ev ortamında kontrol altında tutulması hedeflenmiştir.Önerilen mPCMS sistemi, ev, yurt, kreş, hastane, klinik ya da okul ortamındakiçocuklarda ateşli hastalıkların gözlemlenmesi ve bakımı süreçlerinde ilgilikişilere destek sağlamak amacıyla da kullanılabilir.</p></abstract>
