AN INVITATION TO TRUTH, TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY: TOWARDS “RESPONSIBLE DIALOGUE” ON THE ARMENIAN ISSUE

Abstract

This paper is a thorough, objective and factual review of Alfred de Zayas’1 pamphlet entitled “The Genocide against the Armenians 1915-1923 and the Relevance of the 1948 Genocide Convention”. It constitutes a wake up call for those who dwell on subjective historical grivences with a view to serve their present distorted agendas, while at the same time accusing a whole nation without any scientific grounds. This paper is also an answer to them based on solid historical and legal facts while inviting them to truth and responsible dialogue.
