As known, endeavors aimed at finding a peaceful solution to theKarabakh question has been continuing for about 15 years now. The memberstates of the OSCE (The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe)have charged at a meeting convened in 1994 in Minsk, capital of Belarus, agroup of countries including the USA, Russian Federation and Turkey, whichwould later be named as the Minsk Group, with helping in finding a solution tothe question. Although the problem hasn’t been solved yet, there has been severaldevelopments in the recent years, especially since 2006. In this article, we willfocus on the developments in the last four years
