The research synthesizes findings from quantitative studies and focuses on variables such as leadership model, sample group, leadership scales used, and the countries in which the studies were conducted. Within this framework, inclusion criteria were formed based on methodological quality, sample adequacy, and the validity and reliability of measurement instruments. A total of 10 studies (N = 1215) meeting these criteria were included in the analysis process. The findings indicate that the most frequently adopted leadership models are the Transformational/Transactional Leadership Model and the Situational Leadership Model in the field of choral music. The Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) and the Hersey–Blanchard Leadership Styles Questionnaire were identified as the most widely used instruments for measuring the leadership behaviours of choir conductors. This situation reveals that certain leadership approaches and questionnaires hold a dominant position in the literature and that research trends are concentrated around these models. The sample groups consist of 693 choir conductors and 522 choristers. It was determined that the highest number of studies were conducted in the USA with seven researches. In this context, it is indicated that quantitative studies on leadership in choir ensembles are very limited, and that increasing this type of research will both contribute methodologically to the field and help to concretise the theoretical foundation established by qualitative studies. In this way, it is suggested that a more holistic and interdisciplinary perspective on leadership models in the field will be developed.</p>
