Abstract

Ektopik gebelik, zigotun uterin kavite dışına yerleşmesiyle gelişen, geniş spektrumlu klinik tablodur. Gebe kadınların acil kliniklere başvuru sebepleri arasında ektopik gebelik oldukça sıktır. Ektopik gebelik tedavisi, zigotun yerleşim yerine ve klinik presentasyonuna göre farklılık gösterir. Kronik ektopik gebeliğin, klinik presentasyonu diğer ektopik gebeliklerden farklıdır. Kronik ektopik gebelik varlığında; klinik bulguların nonspesifik olması ve laboratuvar sonuçlarının tanı koydurucu olmaması teşhiste yanılmalara neden olabilir. Biz bu vaka takdimimizde, kliniğimize ağrı ve kanama ile başvuran gebe kadında, klinik, laboratuvar ve görüntüleme yöntemleri ile kesin tanı koyamadığımız ve cerrahi yöntemlerle tanı koyup, tedavi ettiğimiz kronik ektopik gebelik tanısı olan bir vakayı bildirdik.
