                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu araştırmanın amacı, Somayyeh  SOYSAL’ın Kapının Ardındaki Ses, Yalnızlık, Merhamet ve Okul Liderliği (Pegem Akademi, 2025) adlı eserini eğitim yönetimi perspektifinden ele almaktır. Eser, geleneksel liderlik anlayışını aşarak liderliği insani duyarlık ve etik bilinç düzleminde yeniden tanımlamaktadır. Çalışmada metin; okul liderliğini yalnızca karar verme süreçleriyle değil içsel farkındalık, şefkat ve sessizlikle kurulan bir varoluş biçimi olarak yorumlamaktadır.</p></abstract>

                            <p>The aim of this article is to examine Somayyeh Soysal’s work The Voice Behind the Door: Loneliness, Compassion, and School Leadership (Pegem Akademi, 2025) from the perspective of educational management. The book transcends traditional understandings of leadership by redefining it within the framework of human sensitivity and ethical consciousness. In this study, the text interprets school leadership not merely as a process of decision-making, but as a mode of existence grounded in inner awareness, compassion, and silence.</p></trans-abstract>
