The language and the world we express through the language are two different -verb and fact- areas of existence. The verbal world is the one in which concepts are expressed in words. It is the world that we conceptualize and shape into the voices by relating this world to the mind. This action, conceptualizing and shaping into the voices by relating the world to the mind, is called naming. In this study, it is emphasized what the relationship between the name in the naming action and world that is the equivalent of the name, and the relationship between the verbal world and actual world are and in the ancient philosophy, the relationship between language-existence and language-world will be discussed in the circle of linguistically naturalism and naturalists who believe that names reflect the nature of the objects, and the conventiolalism and conventionalist who believe that the language consists of convention and agreement and think that the name is not a language indicator and it is not compulsorily connected with the object of this indicator.
