Abstract

Etkili öğretim öğrencileri belli yetenekleri, bilgiyi ve davranışları kazandıran öğretimdir (Reiser & Dick, 1996). Etkili öğretim boyunca, öğrenciler güdülenmelidir ve bütün basamaklar etkili olarak belirtilmelidir. Bu çalışmada yeni bir öğretim tasarımı modeli geliştirilmiştir. Daha sonra geliştirilen bu model öğrenci başarılarına etkisini araştırmak için uygulanmıştır
