in the Islamic world.Teaching Arabic to the Arabs as well as to the
non-Arabs cannot be considered succesful,and the absence of a method
that suits best to the purpose and of the teaching materialsare the main
reasons of this. Although there is an improvement in teaching Arabic
inTurkey, there is still a need to fine a better method. It is observed
that teachers of Arabiccontribute to this improvement by using new
methods. To find a better method, theimportance of using current
experiences must be admitted. Based on the author's researchexperience
in Jordan during the year of 2001-2002, this article tries to present
the methodof teaching Arabic in Jordanian Universities.
