                                                                                                <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>With technological developments, life is changing day by day. These developments show their effects in both administrative and clinical processes in health institutions. Within the scope of the research, it is aimed to understand the effect of digitalization, which causes rapid changes, in health institutions and to determine the thoughts of the employees on this subject. Qualitative method and interview technique were used in the research. Face-to-face interviews were held with 9 participants. The data obtained from the participants through the semi-structured interview form were analyzed with the Nvivo for Windows (2020) qualitative data analysis program. After the analysis, 4 main themes and 8 sub-themes were obtained. As a result of the research, it was stated that digitalization in health services is a necessity of the global age; it has positive effects on economy, saving time and reducing errors; It has been determined that there are weaknesses such as ensuring data security, difficulty in compensating for errors, adaptation problems of personnel to digital systems, technical problems and working on more than one digital system, and it is believed that digitalization in health will develop in the future.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Teknolojik gelişmelerle birlikte yaşam her geçen gün değişmektedir. Bu gelişmeler sağlık kurumlarında hem yönetimsel hem de klinik süreçlerde etkisini göstermektedir. Araştırma kapsamında hızlı değişimlere sebep olan dijitalleşmenin sağlık kurumlarındaki etkisini anlamak ve çalışanların bu konudaki düşüncelerinin tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel yöntemden ve görüşme tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. 9 katılımcı ile yüz yüze görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcılardan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığıyla elde edilen veriler Nvivo for Windows (2020) nitel veri analiz programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonrası 4 ana tema ve 8 alt tema elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda sağlık hizmetlerinde dijitalleşmenin küresel çağın bir gerekliliği olduğu; ekonomi ve zaman tasarrufu ile hataların azalması yönünde olumlu etkilerinin bulunduğu; veri güvenliğinin sağlanması, hataların telafi edilmesinde zorluk, personelin dijital sistemlere adaptasyon problemleri, teknik aksaklıklar ve birden çok dijital sistem üzerinde çalışılması gibi zayıf yönlerinin bulunduğu ve gelecekte sağlıkta dijitalleşmenin gelişeceğine inanıldığı tespit edilmiştir.</p></abstract>
