                            <p>This study aimed to examine the quality policies on the websites of hospitals in Türkiye and evaluate the level of complianceof the quality policies of the hospitals with the Health Quality Standards (HQS) version 6.1. In this direction, the websites ofhospitals in Türkiye were analyzed, and the hospitals were accessed through the Google search engine. Within the scope of thestudy, 1554 hospitals were reached, 1013 of which are public and 541 privates. It was observed that 130 of the hospitals didnot have a website. Therefore, the quality policy of a total of 1424 hospitals was analyzed in the study. Of these hospitals, 456(32.02%) do not have a quality policy on their websites. The quality policies of the hospitals were analyzed based on fourcriteria. As a result of the examination, it was seen that 46.38% (n=450) of the hospitals met the 1st criterion, 87.07% (n=843)of the 2nd criterion, 39.08% (n=378) of the 3rd criterion and 92.76% (n=898) of the 4th criterion. It was determined that thenumber of hospitals that met all the criteria in the quality policies examined was 216 (%22,31), and the number of hospitalsthat did not meet all the criteria was 28 (%2,89). The study determined that the quality policies of the hospitals emphasized thecontinuous improvement dimension the most among the quality policy criteria in the HQS Hospital Version 6.1.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada Türkiye’deki hastanelerin web sitelerinde yer alan kalite politikalarının incelenmesi ve hastanelerin kalitepolitikalarının Sağlıkta Kalite Standartları (SKS) sürüm 6.1’e uygunluk düzeyinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Budoğrultuda Türkiye’deki hastanelerin web siteleri incelenmiş, hastanelere Google arama motoru üzerinden erişilmiştir. Çalışmakapsamında 1554 hastaneye ulaşılmış olup hastanelerin; 1013 tanesi kamu, 541 tanesi özeldir. Hastanelerden 130’unun websitesinin olmadığı gözlemlenmiştir. Dolayısıyla araştırmada toplam 1424 hastanenin kalite politikası incelenmiştir. Buhastanelerden 456 (%32,02) hastanenin web sitesinde kalite politikası yoktur. Hastanelerin kalite politikaları 4 kriter üzerindenincelenmiştir. İnceleme sonucunda hastanelerin 1. kriteri %46,48 (n=450), 2. kriteri %87,08 (n=843) 3. kriteri %39,04 (n=378),4. kriteri ise %92,76 (n=898) sağladığı görülmüştür. İncelenen kalite politikalarında kriterlerin tamamını sağlayan hastanesayısının 216 (%22,31), tüm kriterleri sağlamayan hastane sayısının ise 28 (%2,89) olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmadahastanelerin kalite politikalarının, SKS Hastane Sürüm 6.1’de yer alan kalite politikası kriterlerinden en fazla sürekli iyileştirmeboyutuna vurgu yaptığı tespit edilmiştir.</p></abstract>
