                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada, bir ticari yarı römork tanker şasisinin dayanım testlerinin daha hızlı ve daha az maliyetle Türkiye şartlarında nasıl gerçekleştirilebileceği araştırılmıştır. Çalışma konusu yarı römork şasinin müşteri kullanım profiline bağlı olarak değişen yol şartlarının oranları belirlenmiş ve yol verileri (aracın maruz kaldığı ivme değerleri)toplanmıştır. Toplanan yol verileri işlenerek farklı yol şartlarının araç üzerindeki hasar etkileri hesaplanmıştır. Hasar etkileri optimize edilerek aracın toplam ömrüne eşdeğer olacak bir yol profili elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen yol profili, yarı römork tanker aracınınbilgisayar destekli analizleri, saha testleri ve hızlandırılmış test pistlerinde yapacağı dayanım testleri için referans olarak kullanılmıştır.</p></abstract>

                            <p>In this study, durability tests of a commercial semi-trailer chassis how can be performed faster and less costly in Turkey were investigated. Varying road conditions rates were identified depending on customer usage profiles and road data (vehicle accelerations) were collected. At the end of the data collection process, the collected data were processed for calculate damage effect of different road conditions on semi-trailer chassis. The road profile that would be equivalent to the total life of the vehicle was obtained by optimizing the damage effects. The resulting road profile was used as reference for semi-trailer tanker vehicle&#039;s computer-aided analysis, field testing and accelerated durability tests.</p></trans-abstract>
