                                                                                                <abstract><p>Ark sprey tekniği ile üretilenkaplamalar öncelikli olarak korozyon ve aşınma direnci gerektiren uygulamalardayaygın bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Daha yüksek aşınma direnci gerektirenuygulamalar için özlü teller aşınma plakalarına alternatif olarak tercih edilmektedir.Bu çalışmada, ark püskürtme tekniği ile çelik (St 52) altlıkların üzerine Fe-Cresaslı ve yüksek karbür içeriğine sahip ticari özlü tellerden kaplamalarüretilmiştir. Üretilen kaplamalar ASTM G133-05 standardına uygun olarak farklıyük ve aşınma mesafelerinde test edilmiştir. Kaplama karakterizasyonusonrasında aşınma yüzeyleri ve aşınma kayıpları karşılaştırılmıştır. Aşınmatestlerinin sonucunda özlü teller ile kaplama yapmanın aşınma direncini önemlioranda arttırdığı belirlenmiştir.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>Coatings produced by arc spraytechnique are used primary in applications requiring corrosion and wearresistance. Cored wires are preferred as alternative to wear plates for applicationswhere higher wear resistance is desired. In this work, coatings from commercialcored wire with Fe-Cr based and high carbide content on steel (St 52)substrates with arc spraying technique have been produced. The producedcoatings have been tested at different load and wear distances in accordancewith ASTM G133-05 standard. Wear surfaces and wear losses were compared aftercoating characterization. As a result of the wear tests, it has been determinedthat coating with core wires increases wear resistance considerably.</p></trans-abstract>
