                                                                                                <abstract><p>Intermodulation radar isa kind of harmonic radar. These radars not only receive the second and thirdharmonics but also intermodulation products of the transmitted multi-tonesignal. These radars are useful for detection of non-linear electronics whichare important for countersurveillance, and many other applications. The mostimportant issue in these radars is to satisfy the low false alarm and correctdetection. This work investigates the performances of the single tone harmonicradar and two-tone intermodulation radar in terms of the false alarm and correctdetection rate by performing some experiments.</p></abstract>

                            <p>Intermodülasyon radarı bir çesit harmonik radardır. Bu radarlar,gönderilen çok tonlu işaretin sadece ikinci ve üçüncü harmoniğini değil aynızamanda diğer intermodülasyon ürünlerinide algılarlar. Bu radarlar güvenlikuygulamalarında, gizlenmiş herhangi elektronik cihaz tespitinde kullanıldığıgibi farklı alanlarda da kullanılabilmektedirler. Bu radarlardaki en kritikkonu yüksek doğru tespit oranı ve düşük yanlış alarm oranıdır. Bu çalışmada tekton radarlar ile iki ton radarların performansı karşılastırılarak, çok tonluradarların doğru tespit oranını arttırdığı ve yanlış tespit oranınıda düşürdüğügösterilmektedir. İkinci ve üçüncü harmonik dışında ekstra intermodülasyonürünleri karşılaştırma kriterlerini arttırarak performansda iyileşme sağlamaktadır.Bu çalışmada çeşitli deneyler ile performans arttışı gösterilmiştir.</p></trans-abstract>
