                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada CAS (CaO-Al2O3-SiO2)seramikleri zeolit, mermer tozu ve alümina tozları kullanılarak; 400 dev/dk ve600 dev/dk hızlarında mekanik aktivasyon ile üretilmiştir. Aktive edilen tozlarpres yardımı ile şekillendirildikten sonra 1000oC-1200oCsıcaklık aralığında 1-5 saat süre ile sinterlenmiştir. Aktivasyon öncesi vesonrası tozların ve sinterlenmiş ürünlerin faz analizi XRD yöntemi ilebelirlenmiş; mikroyapı analizleri ise SEM ile görüntülenmiştir. Aktivasyonsonrası tozlarda amorflaşma tespit edilirken, aktivasyon hızının artması iletane boyutu azalması ile beraber aglomerasyonlaşma da gözlenmiştir. Sinterlemesonucu gözenekli yapı oluşmuş; sıcaklık 1200oC’ye çıktığında gözenekçapı belirgin şekilde artmıştır.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>In thisstudy, CAS (CaO-Al2O3-SiO2) based ceramics wereproduced by mechanically activation at speeds of 400 and 600 rpm using zeolite,marble powders and alumina. The activated powders were sintered at 1000-1200oCtemperature for 1-5 hours after shaped by hydraulic press. Phase analysis ofactivated and non-activated powders and sintered products were determined byXRD method. Scaning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to analyze themicrostructure of samples. After activation amorphization was detected in thepowders, while agglomeration was observed with the increase of the activationrate and the decrease of the grain size. As a result of sintering, a porousstructure was formed; when the temperature went up to 1200 oC, the poresizes increased noticeably.</p></trans-abstract>
