Abstract
In Turkish culture and art decorations from Central Asia to Anatolia, from Seljuks and Ottomans to present day has had an important place for centuries. The motifs used in decorations develop rich compositions created in interaction, using belongings or place of residence to decorate tradition has remained. People from the culture of the society they live interaction, that is natural process of transferring the work. In this context, in the province of Burdur Bakibey Mansion decorations are taken as the source. With its both architectural structure and ornaments Bakibey Mansion is the best example of civil architecture of 17th century ottoman period in Burdur. Bearing traces of our cultural herritage decorations prepared for the application to be transferred to archive scan and documents were utilized in this study. In this direction decorations were determined Bakibey Mansion and patterns documentation method was applied by drawing. Applications in main room and hall of mansion was taken painted decoration as a resource and the application was prepared by fourteen crafts. Applications were exhibited 18 May 2013 under the name “Burdur Bakibey Mansion Decorations Handicrafts Exhibition” in the mansion.

Türk kültür ve sanatında süslemeler Orta Asya’dan Anadolu’ya, Selçuklu ve Osmanlı’dan günümüze yüzyıllar boyunca önemli bir yere sahip olmuştur. Süslemelerde kullanılan motifler etkileşim içerisinde gelişerek zengin kompozisyonlar oluşturmuş, kullanılan eşya ya da yaşanan yeri süslemek gelenek olarak süregelmiştir.
Kişinin yaşadığı toplum kültüründen etkileşimi ve bunu da çalışmalarına aktarmaları doğal bir süreçtir. Bu bağlamda Burdur ilinde bulunan Bakibey Konağı süslemeleri kaynak olarak alınmıştır.
Bakibey Konağı 17. yüzyıl Osmanlı dönemi sivil mimarisinin gerek mimari yapısı gerekse süslemeleri ile Burdur’daki en güzel örneklerinden biridir.
Kültürel mirasımızın önemli izlerini taşıyan süslemelerin uygulamalara aktarılmasına yönelik hazırlanan bu çalışmada arşiv tarama ve belgelerden yararlanılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda Bakibey Konağı’nda yer alan süslemeler belirlenmiş ve desenler çizilerek belgeleme yöntemi uygulanmıştır.
Uygulamalarda konağın başoda ve sofasında bulunan kalemişi süslemeleri kaynak olarak alınmış ve on dört adet el sanatı uygulaması hazırlanmıştır. Uygulamalar 18 Mayıs 2013 tarihinde konakta “Burdur Bakibey Konağı Süslemeleri El Sanatları Sergisi” adı altında sergilenmiştir.
