Bu çalışmanın konusunu, havayoluyla yolcu taşımalarında, yolcunun ölümü veya cismani zarara uğramasından doğan taşıyanın hukuki sorumluluğunun zorunlu mali mesuliyet sigortası kapsamında değerlendirilmesi oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda taşıyanın söz konusu sorumluluğu zorunlu mali mesuliyet sigortası kapsamına alınmış; buna ilişkin de 2011 yılında tekrar gözden geçirilen bir Yönetmelik çıkarılmıştır. Taşıyanın yapmakla mükellef olduğu zorunlu mali mesuliyet sigortasının içeriği de bu Yönetmelik kapsamında somutlaştırılmıştır. Bu kapsamda çalışmanın amacını da, bu Yönetmelik kapsamında öngörülen zorunlu mali mesuliyet sigortasının içeriğini incelemek oluşturmaktadır
The subject of this article is to review the compulsory aviation insurance of the liability of air carrier in case of death or bodily injury of the passenger. In this context, the mentioned liability of the air carrier was subjected to the compulsory insurance regulated by a Regulation which was revised in 2011. By the way, the compulsory insurance’s content was concretized by this Regulation. In this context, the aim of this article is to analyze in depth the content of the mentioned compulsory aviation insurance
