                            <p>Objective: This study aims to examine the mediating role of person–organization fit in the relationship between organizational ethical climate and both organizational trust and job satisfaction. Materials and Methods: A quantitative research design was employed, and data were collected through a survey method. Using a convenience sampling technique, data were gathered from 300 nurses working in a public hospital in the province of Isparta, Turkey. The data collection instruments included the Organizational Ethical Climate Scale, the Person–Organization Fit Scale, the Organizational Trust Scale, and the Job Satisfaction Scale. Results: Among the participants, 89% were female and 11% were male. Organizational ethical climate was found to have a positive and significant effect on organizational trust (β= 0,379, p &amp;lt; 0,001), job satisfaction (β= 0,243, p &amp;lt; 0,001), and person–organization fit (β= 0,867, p &amp;lt; 0,001). Person–organization fit also exhibited a positive and significant effect on both organizational trust (β= 0,598, p &amp;lt; 0,001) and job satisfaction (β= 0,275, p &amp;lt; 0,001). Furthermore, organizational ethical climate was found to have significant indirect effects on organizational trust (β= 0,518, p &amp;lt; 0,001) and job satisfaction (β= 0,239, p &amp;lt; 0,05) through person–organization fit. Conclusion: When nurses perceive an ethical organizational climate, their level of trust in the institution and their job satisfaction significantly increase.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Amaç: Çalışmada, örgütsel etik iklimin örgütsel güven ve iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde kişi-örgüt uyumunun aracı rolünün tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmada, nicel desen kullanılmış ve anket tekniği ile verilere ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle Isparta ilinde bulunan bir kamu hastanesinde çalışan 300 hemşireden veriler elde edilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak Örgütsel Etik İklim Ölçeği, Kişi-örgüt Uyumu Ölçeği, Örgüte Güven Ölçeği ve İş Tatmini Ölçeğinden yararlanılmıştır. Bulgular: Katılımcıların %89’u kadın, %11’i erkektir. Örgütsel etik iklimin; örgütsel güven (β= 0,379, p &amp;lt; 0,001), iş tatmini (β= 0,243, p &amp;lt; 0,001) ve kişi-örgüt uyumu (β= 0,867, p &amp;lt; 0,001) üzerinde pozitif yönde anlamlı etkileri tespit edilmiştir. Kişi-örgüt uyumu ise hem örgütsel güven (β= 0,598, p &amp;lt; 0,001) hem de iş tatmini (β= 0,275, p &amp;lt; 0,001) üzerinde pozitif yönde anlamlı etkiler göstermektedir. Örgütsel etik iklimin, kişi-örgüt uyumu aracılığıyla örgütsel güven (β= 0,518, p &amp;lt; 0,001) ve iş tatmini üzerinde (β= 0,239, p &amp;lt; 0,05) anlamlı dolaylı etkiler yarattığı tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: Hemşirelerin etik bir örgütsel iklim hissetmeleri durumunda çalıştıkları kuruma güven düzeyleri ve iş tatminleri önemli ölçüde yükselecektir.</p></abstract>
