                                                                                                <abstract><p>İstanbul ili sınırları içerisindeki bir kamu hastanesinde görev yapan sağlık çalışanlarına yönelik gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmanın amacı etik olmayan örgüt yanlısı davranışların iş yerinde dışlanma üzerine etkisini belirlemektir. Söz konusu araştırmaya 205 sağlık çalışanı katılmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin analizi için yüzde, frekans, aritmetik ortalama, ANOVA, t-testi ve pearson korelasyon analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların etik olmayan örgüt yanlısı davranış ve iş yerinde dışlanma düzeylerinin düşük olduğu saptanmıştır. İş yerinde dışlanma ile sosyo demografik özellikler arasında bir fark saptanamazken, etik olmayan örgüt yanlısı davranışlar ile görev değişkeni arasında anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmıştır. Buna göre hemşirelerin diğer meslek gruplarına göre daha fazla etik olmayan örgüt yanlısı davranış sergiledikleri tespit edilmiştir.  Sonuç olarak etik olmayan örgüt yanlısı davranışlar ile iş yerinde dışlanma arasında anlamlı bir korelasyon saptanmamıştır. Bununla birlikte hemşirelerin etik olmayan örgüt yanlısı davranışları diğer meslek gruplarına daha çok sergiledikleri de ortaya koyulmuştur.</p></abstract>
