Özet

Safra kesesi adenomaları seyrek görülen tümörler olup tubuler veya papiller yapıda olabilirler. Tubuler adenomalar genellikle orta ve ileri yaşlarda, papiller adenomalar ise daha genç yaşlarda görülürler. Bu makalede dispeptik yakınmaları nedeniyle başvuran ve abdominal USG.de safra kesesinde polipoid lezyonu olan 55 yaşında bir erkek hasta sunulmuştur. Böbrekte Bosniak Tip III kistle birlikte safra kesesinde 17x25x20 mm boyutlarında pediküllü polip saptanan hastaya açık kolesistektomi ve aynı seansta parsiyel nefrektomi yapılmıştır. Kolesistektomi materyalinin makroskopik incelemesinde infundibuluma yakın lokalizasyonda 1,5-2 cm çapında polipoid vejetan kitle, mikroskopide epitelial hiperplazi ve skuamöz metaplazisi olmayan .tubuler adenoma. olduğu rapor edilmiştir.

Abstract

Tubuler adenoma of the gallbladder A case report
Adenomas of the gallbladder are rare tumors and they may be papillar or tubular. Tubular adenoma appears in middle aged and older patients, but papillar adenoma in young patients. This is a case report of fifty-five years old man in whom a polypoid lesion was discovered in the gallbladder by ultrasonographically. The gallbladder was removed during a open surgery with partial nephrectomy for Bosniak type III renal cyst. A polypoid tumour of 17x25x20 mm in size on wide pedicle was found in the gallbladder macroscopically. Histological examination showed a tubular adenoma without mild epithelial hyperplasia and squamous
metaplasia.
