The incidence of mandibular incisors with multiple root canals is approximately similar to the ones with single root canal. Otherwise the clinical and radiologic diagnosis of incisors with multiple root canals are not easy because of morphological features like narrow and smallest tooth structure and root canal orifices close to each other. In the present case, a 53 year-old male patient, the treatment of mandibular central and lateral incisors, each having two root canals and diagnosed as Apical Periodontitis is described. After gaining access to two root canals, at the first appointment the root canals were cleaned and instrumentated and at the second appointment the root canals were filled. The aim of the case report, attend dentists to mandibular incisors with multi-root canal and endodontic perspective is to evaluate this case.
