EDİNİLMİŞ KLOAKA'DA ANAL SFİNKTEROPLASTİ, LOKAL ROTASYON FLEBİYLE PERİNEOPLASTİ PROSEDÜRÜ

Abstract

Herhangi bir zamanda anal kanal içeriğinin anüsten istemsiz olarak kaçırılmasına fekal inkontinans adı verilir. Bu durum A.B.D'de 5 milyon kişiyi ilgilendiren, sosyal ve psikolojik komponentleri olan önemli bir tıbbi problemdir. Bu olgu sunumunda hastaya anal sfinkteroplasti ve lokal rotasyon flebi ile perineoplasti operasyonu uygulandı. Fekal inkontinans tedavisini yapacak ve planlayacak cerrahların preoperatif değerlendirme ve testleri iyi uygulayabilmesi, farklı tip cerrahi prosedürler de kendini iyi geliştirmiş olması ve bu konuda uzun süre takipli geniş prospektif çalışmalar yapılması konuya daha fazla ışık tutacaktır. Biz bu vaka sunumunda anal inkontinansın cerrahi tedavisinde lokal flap uygulaması ve sfinkteroplasti ile birlikte perineoplasti prosedürü ve literatür derlemesini sunduk.
