NÖROTERAPİDE HEMİSFERİK SENKRONİZASYON

Abstract

ÖZET
GİRİŞ: Nöroterapi ; epilepsi, dikkat eksikliği ve hiperaktivite bozukluğu gibi çeşitli merkezi sinir sistemi hastalıklarında tamamlayıcı tedavi olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu metod davranışsal tıbbın bir alt kolu olarak psikonörolojik tedavilerde de göz önünde bulundurulmaktadır. Bununla birlikte henüz mekanizmaları iyi anlaşılamamıştır. Bu makalede temel alınan sinir fiyolojisi ve yapılan klinik çalışmalar ışığında nöroterapide kullanılan bir teknik olarak hemisferik senkronizasyon ve binaural beat ses tonlarının nörofizyolojik mekanizmaları ile klinik ve deneysel uygulama sonuçları yer almaktadır.

SONUÇ: Binaural Beat tonları, beyin dalgalarını istenen frekansa sürüklemek için kullanıla-rak bilinç durumu değiştiriebildiği gibi, bu duruma uygun olarak birçok bilişsel süreçin araştırılmasın-da noninvaziv uyarıcı olarak kullanılabilir. Bunun yanında etkilediği nörotransmitter sistemlerinin de frekans aralıkları bilimsel metodlarla tespit edilerek birçok nörotransmitter salınım bozukluklarında al-ternatif bir terapi metodu olarak kullanılabileceği de göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.
