Dental arktaki iki daimi dişin kendi aralarında yerlerinin değişmesi sonucu gelişen alışılmadık ektopik erüpsiyon türü ‘’diş transpozisyonu’’ olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Çok sık görülmeyen bu diş anomalisi en fazla üst çene daimi kanin dişleri tutmaktadır. Üst çene ön bölge dişlerde şekil ve görünüm bozukluğuna sebep olan bu durum, estetik kaygılarla diş hekimlerine başvuran hastalarda tedavisi en zor diş anomalilerinden biri olarak görülmektedir. Literatürde diş transpozisyonları ile ilgili çeşitli tedavi seçeneklerinden bahsedilirken, dişlerin ortodontik tedavi ile transpozisyonda hizalanması ve sonrasında protetik veya restoratif işlemlerle yerinde bulundukları doğal dişlere benzetilmeleri tedavi seçeneklerinden birini oluşturmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda sağ üst çene santral ve lateral dişleri ortodontik tedavi ile transpozisyonda konumlanmış olan kadın hastanın kompozit veneer ve zirkonyum destekli porselen tam kron ile estetik rehabilitasyonundan bahsedilmektedir.
