                                                                                                <abstract><p>This research was conducted to determine the effects of different nitrogen and phosphorus levels on yield and some yiald components and quality of popy variety (Afyon Kalesi-95) during 2002-2003 growing season in experiment field of Afyon Kocatepe Agricultural Research Institute.The experiment was designed according to “Factorial Experiment Desing” with three replications, four nitrogen doses(No:Control,N1: 6 kg N.da-1,N2: 12 kg N.da-1,N3: 18 kg N.da-1) and four phosphorus doses (Po:Control,P1: 3 kg P2O5.da-1,P2: 6 kg P2O5.da-1,P3: 9 kg P2O5.da-1) were applied.The highest seed yield (180.70 kg.da-1), crude oil yield ( 93.71 kg.da-1 ), capsule yield (140.99 kg.da-1) , morphine rates (0,74 % ) and crude oil rate ( 50.86 % ) were obtained from 12 kg N.da-1 and 6 kg P2O5.da-1 applications.</p></abstract>

                            <p>Bu araştırma 2002-2003 vejetasyon döneminde Afyon Kocatepe Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü Müdürlüğü deneme tarla-sında, farklı azot ve fosfor dozlarının “Afyon Kalesi-95” haşhaş çeşidinin verim ve bazı verim unsurları ile kalite üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür.“Tesadüf Bloklarında Faktöriyel Deneme Desenine” göre üç tekerrürlü olarak kurulan bu araştırmada, dört azot dozu ( No:Kontrol,N1: 6 kg N/da,N2: 12 kg N/da,N3: 18 kg N/da) ve dört fosfor dozu (Po:Kontrol,P1: 3 kg P2O5/da,P2: 6 kg P2O5/da,P3: 9 kg P2O5/da) uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; en yüksek tohum verimi (180.7 kg/da), ham yağ verimi (93.71 kg/da), kapsül verimi (140.99/da) , morfin oranı ( % 0.74) ve ham yağ oranı (%50.86)  N2-P2 parsellerinden elde edilmiştir.</p></trans-abstract>
