This study was carried out to determine the quality of underground irrigation waters used in the greenhouses in the Ortaca Region. For this purpose, a total of 25 samples were taken from randomly chosen greenhouses. In the water samples, EC, pH, Ca++, Mg++, Na+, K+, CO3--, HCO-3, Cl- ve SO4-- of analyses were carried out, and SAR, Na % and RSC were calculated. Results of the analyses were evaluated according to the criteria of irrigation quality.The results obtained showed that the irrigation waters used in the greenhouses in Ortaca region were generally moderate (76 %) salinity. The rest of the samples (24 %) had high salinity. In terms of the SAR and the content of Na %, whole samples had no problem, and thus, they were considered as 1st class irrigation waters. The most important problem of the samples was chloride. It was found that majority of the (76 %) samples had sulfate and the rest had no sulfate.
Bu çalışma, Muğla-Ortaca yöresindeki seralarda kullanılan yeraltı sulama sularının kalitelerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla, Ortaca Yöresini temsil eden tesadüfi olarak belirlenmiş toplam 25 adet seradan sulama suyu örnekleri alınmıştır. Su örneklerinde; EC, pH, Ca++, Mg++, Na+, K+, CO3--, HCO-3, Cl- ve SO4-- analizleri yapılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları esas alınarak SAR, RSC ve % Na değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Analiz sonuçları, sulama suyu kalite kriterleri çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir.Elde edilen sonuçlara göre; örneklerin % 76 ‘sı C2S1, % 24 ‘ü ise C3 S1 sınıfına girmektedir. Sera sulama suyu örneklerinin tamamı SAR ve % Na yönünden sorun taşımamakta olup, 1. sınıf sulardır. Sulama sularında karşılaşılan en önemli sorun kaynağı klorür mevcudiyetidir. Ayrıca örneklerin 19 tanesinde (% 76) sülfata rastlanmıştır. Altı örnek (% 24) ise sülfat içermemektedir.
