In this study the PC controlled pump test unit with high sensitivity is implemented. In the implemented computer controlled
pump test unit, measurements are achieved by sensors and then the measured values are transmitted to the computer
automatically and the unit is controlled by the computer. The pump performance curves are drawn automatically
by using the values acquired by computer.
In this study, the results obtained from both conventional pump test unit and computer controlled pump test unit are
compared by using statistical analysis and it is observed that the result of proposed computer controlled test unit is more
reliable than those of conventional test unit. The error limits of data obtained from the computer controlled test unit are
compared with error limits of ISO norms and it is seen that computer controlled test unite better than those of ISO norms.
Bu çalismada, bilgisayar kontrollü ve yüksek hassasiyetli bir santrifüj pompa deney ünitesi gerçeklestirilmistir. Gerçeklestirilmis
olan bu test ünitesinde, ölçüm degerleri sensörler araciligi ile alinmakta ve bilgisayara aktarilmaktadir.
Ünitenin kontrolü bilgisayar araciligi ile otomatik olarak yapilmaktadir. Bilgisayar ortamina alinan veriler kullanilarak
pompa performans egrileri otomatik olarak bilgisayar çiktisi olarak alinmaktadir.
Bu çalismada, geleneksel yöntemle deney yapan test ünitesi sonuçlarinin ve gerçeklestirilen bilgisayar kontrollü
pompa test ünitesinden elde edilen ölçme sonuçlarinin istatistiksel analizi yapilarak elde edilen degerlerin karsilastirilmasi
yapilmistir. Gerçeklestirilen deney test ünitesinden elde edilen verilerin hata sinirlari, bu konu ile ilgili ISO normlarinda
belirtilen hata sinirlari ile karsilastirilmis ve elde edilen sonucun ISO normlarinda belirtilen en hassas sinifa ait
degerlerin altinda oldugu görülmüstür.
