Abstract

Günümüzün hızlı değişen ve her an beklenmedik olaylarla sarsılabilen piyasa koşullarında çevik olmayı sağlayabilen kuruluşlar üretim ve satışı başarı ile devam ettirebilmektedir. Bu nedenle, işletmelerin; işbirliği, kaynak kullanımı, ilişkiler, esneklik ve benzeri durumlardan başlayarak kendisini çevik yapacak yolları ve yöntemleri bulması böylece ortaya çıkacak sorunları çözmeye çalışması gerekmektedir. Şirket sahipleri ve üst yönetimleri, şirketin başarılı olmasını en çok arzu edenler olmakla birlikte bir şirketin çevik veya ataletli olmasında en önemli sorumluluk üst yönetime düşmektedir. Genellikle kurumsal çeviklik de, kurumsal atalet de tepede oluşup aşağıya doğru yayılır. Dolayısıyla işletmede başarıyı isteyen üst yönetim ataleti yenerek işletmeyi rekabet üstünlüğü sağlayacak olan çevikliğe ulaştırabilmelidir.
