DİKKAT EKSİKLİĞİ-HİPERAKTİVİTE BOZUKLUĞU YARATICILIĞI TETİKLER Mİ ? PSİKOLOJİK İKLİMİN ARACI ROLÜ

Abstract

Dikkat Eksikliği ve Hiperaktivite Bozukluğu (DEHB) olgusu giderek daha
fazla bir şekilde toplumsal hayatın bir parçası haline gelmektedir.  Günümüzde doğan çocuklarda % 5 lik orana
kadar artan DEHB vakaları artan teşhis ve tedavi maliyetleriyle DEHB’nu  finansal etkilerinin yanında sosyal
etkileriyle de dikkate alınması gereken bir konu haline gelmiştir. Artan DEHB
vakaları işletmelerde insan kaynakları açısından sürecin  dikkatli yönetilmesini gerektirmektedir.
DEHB’nun yaratıcılığa yol açtığına dair inanışların sorgulanması işletmeler
için faydalı alternatifler sunabilir. Yaratıcılık sürdürülebilir rekabet
avantajı elde etmede işletmelerin en etkin aracı olabilir. Artan DEHB vakaları
liderlerin DEHB rahatsızlığı olan bireylerden faydalanacak etkin örgütsel
iklimi oluşturmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. Vaka analizleri bu süreçte psikolojik
rahatlık iklimini bir alternatif olarak sunmaktadır. Araştırmada psikolojik
rahatlık algısının DEHB ve yaratıcılık arasındaki ilişkide aracılık rolü
sorgulanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Sinop ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir
işletmenin 137 çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. SPSS ve Process Makro kullanılarak
analiz edilen verilere göre Psikolojik Rahatlık algısının kısmi aracılık etkisi
gözlenmiştir.
