Abstract
It is expected that the devotion and submission to Allah will be demonstrated
by the revelations, as well as the negative traits in the character of the individual. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to perform the prayers
ordered, in particular the prayer we have discussed in our article, by obeying
certain rules. Regarding the determination of these rules, our interlocutor
after the Quran is the life of Muhammad. For, the details of the practice of
prayer, the general framework of which is determined by verses, are revealed
by the act of the Prophet. However, it has been observed that the subject,
which has such a great importance, was not dealt with in an independent
study. In order to make up for this deficiency in the field, the hadiths and
narrations that give information about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah
have been handled with this point of view. The information obtained has been
evaluated under the headings of “facilitation”, “moderation”, “continuity”,
“awe” and “tadil-i erkân”. Especially with classical hadith and fiqh sources,
siyer sources describing the life of Muhammad were consulted. In addition,
current studies related to this subject were also evaluated.
