Nörolojik Defisit Olmaksızın Beynin Her İki Hemisferini Etkileyen Ateşli Silah Yaralanması

Abstract

Kafanın ateşli silah yaralanmalarında dolaşım ve solunum yavaşlamasına bağlı ikincil hasarlar önlenmelidir. Prognozu belirleyen ana faktör Glaskow koma skalasıdır. Biz 10 yaşında erkek çocukta frontopariyetal ateşli silah yaralanması ile gelen hastada acil cerrahi müdahale ve sonuçlarını  sunduk.
